No, there are no hidden fees. Users pay a one-time fee based on the chosen account. E8 does not impose any additional charges, and traders keep up to 100% of the hypothetical profits earned on our simulated platform.
How fast will I receive my E8 Account after signing up?
After we receive the necessary information and verify your payment, your account credentials will be emailed to you. Additionally, your E8X dashboard will display the login credentials.
Can I trade news?
Trading is prohibited during high-impact news releases in an E8 Trader account. This restriction starts 5 minutes before the news release and ends 5 minutes after.
Is copy trading allowed?
You can copy trades to or from your personal account or between multiple E8 Trader accounts, provided these are your own trades. However, copying trades between multiple E8 evaluation accounts is not permitted.
Can I use indicators or expert advisors on the E8 Account?
Traders are allowed to use any trade or risk management indicators. However, third-party Expert Advisors are not allowed. Custom EAs may be permitted if you share the source code and explain the strategy.
Can I hold positions overnight?
Yes, traders can hold simulated positions overnight on all evaluations, including E8 Trader accounts. However, be cautious of potential market conditions during rollover periods.
Are there any lot size restrictions?
Yes, there are some lot size restrictions to enhance simulated market conditions. The maximum ticket size is 50 lots (20 for XAUUSD). Larger orders can be placed but must be split into multiple smaller orders.
